Please read all the terms carefully before using this platform. By registering, you are considered to have agreed to these rules.

Important Notice: These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement. By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on the 3mbw platform, you are voluntarily agreeing to all the terms described below.

General Provisions

3mbw is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3mbw and any user of the platform ("Member").

These terms may be updated from time to time. If you continue using the platform after updated terms are published, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.

1.1 Applicable Age Limit

This platform is for persons aged 21 or older only. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. 3mbw may request valid identification at any time for age verification.

1.2 Language and Communication

The primary language of these terms is Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. Communication with members will be conducted in Bengali and our support team always provides service in Bengali.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account at 3mbw, a member must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must open the account in their own name and for their own use.
  • All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Must agree to submit valid identification for identity verification when required.
  • A person may operate only one account.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering multiple times with the intent to abuse bonuses.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
  • Disturbing or harassing other members.

2.3 Account Security

The security of your account password and login information is entirely your responsibility. You should not allow anyone else access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Closure and Suspension

3mbw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a breach of terms is found.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • If identity verification has not been completed.
  • If the account has been inactive for a long period.
  • If the member requests it themselves.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3mbw supports the following payment methods:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank Transfer

3.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit: ৳500 for all methods. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. The standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, 3mbw will confirm the following:

  • The member's identity has been successfully verified.
  • The wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have been met.
  • There is no active investigation on the account.
  • The withdrawal amount is consistent with the account balance.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal to a third-party account is not possible.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 3mbw are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 3mbw, you will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This means that in order to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each bonus may only be claimed once per promotion.
  • The associated funds may not be withdrawn until the bonus conditions have been met.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • 3mbw reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 3mbw may cancel the bonus and close the account if necessary. In cases of bonus policy violation, related winnings may also be voided.

Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

5.1 General Betting Policy

All games and betting activities on 3mbw are conducted according to set rules. The rules of the game provider shall apply, and server records shall be considered final in determining results.

5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, a server error, or any other technical issue, 3mbw reserves the right to make decisions at its own discretion. All game session data is stored on the server and that data is authoritative.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Separate bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly displayed within the game. 3mbw reserves the right to change bet limits in special circumstances.

5.4 Cancelled and Void Bets

A bet may be cancelled or declared void in the following circumstances:

  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
  • If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed.
  • If evidence of fraud is found.
  • If a bet was accepted based on clearly incorrect data or information.

VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

3mbw has a four-tier VIP program for loyal members. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP tier progression depends on regular platform usage and 3mbw determines tiers at its discretion. VIP benefits apply to active members only.

Note: To receive VIP cashback and rewards, your account must be active and in compliance with all terms and conditions. VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of any rule violation.

9.2 Gaming Losses

Gaming is a risky activity. Members play on this platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for any potential financial losses. There is no guarantee of winning in gaming.

9.3 Third-Party Services

3mbw is not directly liable for any disruptions or issues with payment gateway and game provider services, but will provide all possible assistance in resolving such issues.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints Process

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:
